Weapon- Glowing White blades with tornados randomly forming and disappearing at random

the tornadoes can appear 1 every 15 posts, and can slow an opponent. at rank 2 they can appear 1 every 10 posts and blow someone away. rank 1 you can control them. but they get no powerful then blowing someone away.
